Emery Adeline, originally from Colorado, is a singer-songwriter with a folk sound. Hargis Studio wanted her to have a strong, yet soft, illustration; something she and her fans could connect with. Emery provided me with a high resolution photo to use as inspiration for the illustration you see of her in this design. She specifically requested illustrations of forget-me-not’s and wild poppies. She felt they were a signature connection from her childhood.
